LSE Complimentary Tickets
National Rail, on behalf of the train companies in Great Britain and Days Out Guide may issue complimentary First Class train tickets provided by the participating Train Companies for travel in the London & South East area.
Please note: There are no restrictions on day of travel, except not valid on trains arriving at London terminals before 10.00 on weekdays. First Class is not offered on all train services on all routes.
Please also refer to the terms and conditions shown on your tickets and noting they are not valid on London Underground, or London bus services. Your journey must be completed on or before the final date shown on your tickets. We cannot extend the offer beyond that date under any circumstances.
Please write your details and the details of your journey clearly on the accompanying free rail tickets before you begin your journey.
You do not need to visit the Booking Office - simply show your free rail tickets together with the accompanying letter received to on-train staff or ticket barrier personnel on request. Please also take along some form of identity with you on your journey.
