What if I have booked an attraction on Days Out Guide for days which trains are affected by the industrial action?
Please contact the attraction directly and ask whether you can change your date. Days Out Guide passes you off to the official retailer and takes no money in the transaction.
What if my journey is impacted due to industrial action?
Due to industrial action, there will be minimal service running on the rail network during industrial action days. Only travel by rail if necessary. If you do travel, expect severe disruptions and plan ahead.

What if I have downloaded an online paper voucher for days in which the train is affected by industrial action?
When you download an online paper voucher, you pay for the attraction on the day. Please discard the paper voucher booked on days affected by the industrial action and download a voucher for another date.
Can I still turn up if I cannot get a train to the attraction?
We cannot guarantee that you will get into the attraction with a discounted Days Out Guide ticket if you do not have a valid train ticket.
