If the customer pre-books a fully priced Adult ticket on the Days Out Guide website for their chosen attraction (The lastminute.com London Eye, The London Eye River Cruise, Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, The London Dungeon, SEA LIFE London Aquarium), then s/he will automatically receive one complimentary ticket (which can be used as an Adult or Child ticket) which will be added to their online basket during the booking process.

Redeeming this offer: Guests can redeem this offer by booking online via the Days Out Guide by using the unique code issued on the website.

This promotion is not valid for use in conjunction with any other offer, concession or online/call centre booking. Proof of National Rail travel must be shown upon entry, failure to produce this will automatically make all booked tickets null and void.

The following dates are excluded:

All Merlin attractions - Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday in August and 25^th & 31^st December 2021.

• The London Eye - 24^th, 25^th, 30^th and 31^st July, 26^th- 31^st December 2021
• The London Eye River Cruise - 24^th, 25^th, 30^th and 31^st July, 26^th- 31^st December 2021
• The London Dungeon - 22^nd- 23^rd & 29^th-31^st October 2021
• Madame Tussauds London - 17^th, 24^th and 31^st July
• SEA LIFE London Aquarium - 29^th May – 6^th June 2021, 23rd October – 31st October 2021

Please be aware that Madame Tussauds London, Shrek’s Adventure! London, SEA LIFE London Aquarium, The London Eye, The River Cruise and The London Dungeon are very popular and will require you being booked into an allocated time slot on your day of visit. To guarantee your entry on the day we advise booking your online tickets in advance.

This offer is not valid at Secondary Attractions including, but not limited to LATES at The Dungeon and SEA LIFE London Aquarium. This offer is valid  only for standard entrance tickets and cannot be used for priority entrance and or Fastrack entrance at all Attractions, unless the tickets are upgrading during the booking process. The offer is not valid for any combination tickets.

An Adult is 16 and over at all Attractions.

Entry is free for children aged 3 and under at all Attractions. Visitors aged 15 years and under must be accompanied by a person aged 18 and over at The London Eye, Shrek’s Adventure! London, Madame Tussauds London, The Dungeon and SEA LIFE London Aquarium.

PLEASE NOTE: Whilst there’s no minimum age, we recommend Shrek’s Adventure! London for children aged 6-12 years old. PLEASE NOTE: We recommend the London Dungeon for children aged 12 and over.

Admission prices are subject to change. This offer cannot be used in-conjunction with any other offer or concession (e.g. senior citizens, family tickets), reward/loyalty program, pre-purchased tickets, Combination tickets, 2 Day Pass, Annual Pass, online tickets, Fastrack tickets, rail inclusive offers, on secondary ticketed events, hotel events or concerts or for Group/advance bookings.

Only one unique booking code can be used per person and per transaction, proof of rail travel for all parties presented is necessary.

All of the Attractions reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to refuse entry and to close and/or alter all or any part of the facilities including closure of rides and/or Attractions and removal of figures for technical, operational, health and safety or other reasons including  overcapacity.

Features and/or creatures shown on the Days Out Guide website are not necessarily available at every Attraction. Any images shown of Madame Tussauds depict wax figures created and owned by Madame Tussauds.

Size, height, weight, age restrictions and medical warnings apply to certain rides and/or Attractions.
