The Museum of Cambridge is a unique Museum dedicated to the social history of Cambridge and the surrounding region. Set in the Grade II-listed 16th-Century White Horse Inn –based on a Roman street between the castle and river to university – the museum has told the extraordinary stories of everyday people since 1936.
Come and discover the history of Cambridge and the surrounding area. Our collection of 40,000 objects has something for everyone! Explore the Fenland man trap, measure up to the giant's boot, play with toys of the past and enjoy unique works of art.
