After a warm welcome and meeting your tutor along with a Liverpool Gin & Tonic, we welcome visitors to our distillery to learn the process of distilling gin.

We will then guide you up to our purpose made ‘Gin Laboratories’ where you will learn about the history of gin and Liverpool Gin, you will explore a wide range of botanicals used to make gin, then choose which to use, then you will produce your very own personalised bottle of Liverpool Gin.

You will get the chance to name the gin yourself so get your thinking caps on!
